Cboe RMC 2024 will be held at The Snowbird - one of North America’s most iconic ski lodges. Appreciate the majesty of Little Cottonwood Canyon from each room, whether facing Snowbird's ski slopes or peering down the glacially-carved canyon that spills into Salt Lake City below.

Guest room rates are as follows:

  • Meeting Rates: October 15 - 18 are $229.00 per room/per night plus all applicable state and local taxes.

Hotel Reservation Changes:

You may modify your reservations until September 12, 2024, at 11:50 pm MT. If you attempt to modify this reservation after September 12, 2024, your payment is non-refundable.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation:

If you cancel for any reason after September 12, 2023, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

  • You will request your hotel accommodations during the conference registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make reservations.
  • If you plan on arriving early or staying later, you may select the dates during registration. You will receive a notification if the dates are available.
