Only one point of contact needed for the group. Registered commitment can be done via this site. In late April, this person will receive instructions on how to register additional attendees.              

In late April, the primary point-of-contact will receive details and a code for additional attendees to personally register. The code unique and based on allowed complimentary registrations in each package.

Once Attendee registration is completed, a link will be shared via the confirmation email to secure your hotel room at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel.

The afternoon will start out with selected roundtable sessions with the M&IW team. The second half of that session is still under construction. Being considered ... extended roundtables, keynote speaker, networking activity, etc. More to come!

While we want you to bring any/all collateral or materials that you feel will best promote your business, please keep sustainability in mind.  If you would like ideas on how to best do that – feel free to connect with our Sustainbility Champion – Donna Collins.  All items must fit on the table top for display. Other ideas: 

  • Branded linen for your table
  • Specialized name plaque/sign for your table
  • Your smiling face and lots of energy! 

**Please leave pop up signs at the office so as not to not block other vendors around you. 
 

Yes - Label all shipments with your name and organization. M&IW does not accept shipments or associated charges that may occur.

No power is not offered in the showroom.

You may bring pre-packaged foods under 3 oz. 

Tear down for all is at 12:45 PM prior to the Networking Lunch.
