1. Before clicking the Confirm Your Commitment button below, please have the following ready:

Organization Description Image    Your 500-character organization description. If attending as a group, be sure this description incorporates all attendees.

Organization Name Image   Your organization/group name as you would like it to appear on your tabletop sign.

Logo Image   Your logo (400x400 pixels, png, 10 MB or less). If attending as a group, be sure this logo represents all attendees.

 

2. After you confirm your commitment, you will receive an email confirming your exhibitor or sponsorship level. This email will provide you a link to access your receipt if you paid by credit card. If you chose to pay off-line, an invoice will be emailed to you within 10 days.

 

3. In late April, you will receive an invitation with details on how to register your individual attendees for the event. The number of individual registrations will be based on your exhibitor or sponsorship level.
